FBL & ASSOCIATES, INC. began as one man with a surveying instrument. Fresh off the heels of a career with the Louisiana DOTD, Freddie Lindy's vision was a simple one.
Provide contractors with the highest quality and most dependable surveying services in the ArkLaTex area. Over the years his core values compelled him to personally stand accountable for all services rendered by himself and his staff.
Those who know Freddie know that there are many "Freddie-isms". The one that discribes him best is; "It's not a good deal unless it's good for both of us."
Along the way many shared his vision and values and have stood by him to help accomplish what he set out to do.

Freddie has over 49 years experience working on civil engineering and topographic survey projects, 26 of those years with the Louisiana DOTD.

Bobby has over 30 years experience in engineering and surveying, and with the Louisiana DOTD in highway and bridge construction.

Harrison has over 42 years of surveying, engineering and supervisory experience, 36 of those with the Louisiana DOTD.

Chad has over 15 years experience in construction and land surveying.

Aaron has over 21 years experience in construction and land surveying, 13 of those have been with FBL.

Albert has over 18 years experience in construction and land surveying, 8 of those as a Party Chief.

Eric has 12 years experience in construction and land surveying, 9 of those as a Party Chief.

Trey has 6 years experience in construction and land surveying, 4 of those as a Party Chief.

Casey is a central element to our office culture. She's truly a "home grown girl". All 6 years of her construction experience has been with FBL.

Peggy is the latest addition to our staff. She comes to us with over 15 years Bookkeeping experience in the construction field.
