FBL & ASSOCIATES, INC. began as one man with a surveying instrument. Fresh off the heels of a career with the Louisiana DOTD, Freddie Lindy's vision was a simple one.
Provide contractors with the highest quality and most dependable surveying services in the ArkLaTex area. Over the years his core values compelled him to personally stand accountable for all services rendered by himself and his staff.
Those who know Freddie know that there are many "Freddie-isms". The one that describes him best is; "It's not a good deal unless it's good for both of us."
Along the way many shared his vision and values and have stood by him to help accomplish what he set out to do.

Freddie has over 52 years experience working on civil engineering and topographic survey projects, 26 of those years with the Louisiana DOTD.

Chad has over 18 years experience in construction and land surveying.

Sandra has 13 years of civil engineering experience spanning a wide range of projects, including municipal, aviation, school board, commercial and residential design.

Eric Lewis
Field Supervisor

Eric has 18 years experience in construction and land surveying, 12 of those as a Party Chief and 6 years as our field supervisor.

Desirea has over 21 years experience in civil design, construction layout and project management. She has created numerous sets of construction documents throughout her career.

Trey has 10 years experience in construction and land surveying, 8 of those as a Party Chief.

Matt has over 9 years experience in construction and land surveying, 8 of those as a Party Chief.
