FBL & ASSOCIATES, INC. is a civil engineering and surveying firm specializing in construction layout.  We are located in Bossier City, La which gives us the opportunity to cover a wide working area in North Louisiana, South Arkansas, and East Texas.  While we are continuing to grow in our capabilities to provide these important services, we still maintain the values of our past.  FBL makes every effort to satisfy our clients’ expectations with each stake put in the ground.  We strive for excellence to help bring the project in On-Time and On-Budget.
